Headed to Nex (its quite a new mall at Serangoon if you don't already know). 

Had a simple Jap bento but it is incomparable to ToriQ! 

Window-shopped awhile at Nex before heading to...

Serangoon Gardens! (it was our first time there together & my first time going on public transport)

Used to visit Aunt's home around the area coz I remember the Serangoon Garden Circus (y'know the roundabout area!) 

I was tasked to go collect yummy treats from Obolo Estudio.
The place was not easy for us to find, being first timers.
B had to asked 2 people + help of Iphone GPS thing + called up the employee.

And there it was, hidden behind Fairprice. Its located at 1 Maju Ave, My Village.
Browse Obolo Estudio. Wide variety of great mini cheesecake & macaroons!

After which, we went window shopped at My Village although there was nothing much.
Headed up to the pretty roof to chill and cam-whore. hahaha
This is the 'damage' we did!
I did some jump shots too! lol!

We became hungry and decided to try out the food at Chomp Chomp!

Heard that it was pricy but I think it is pretty fairly priced if you go to the right stall.

It was yummy but perhaps other places would serve better food.

Cabbed home after. Phew, a long journey back and forth!

ps: I'll be ferrying off to Batam on 21/09-22/09 & flying off to China on 11/10-16/10!
