My mind ran a little before I remembered when the photographs were taken.
Hmm, calendar checked and then I realized that this post is 2 weeks late. Hah.

Keep Calm and Read On :p
while I bring you for an adventure of mine..

28 October 2012 (Sunday)

So right after B booked out on Sunday morning, we headed to his home to gobble breakfast before we start the journey to Singapore's small island.

Us looking refreshed at the beginning of the trip. make a guess where we went!
Applied sun block lotion to prevent myself from getting tanned, thankfully no sunburnt although the sun was pretty unhappy that day.

After say, 1 hour (me thinks), we reached our destination! RWS.
For those driving, park your vehicle at West car park for hotel visiting and East for the Casino/USS visitors

Parked alittle further from USS, hence had to walk through the shops outside.

Universal Studios Singapore!!
Was realllllly excited when I saw the iconic globe! Who doesn't take the chance to snap!?

Acting all tourist-sy outside before entering the theme park!
Never a fan of such theme parks, except for the structures/mascots (blah blah) but decided to go ahead just for the sake of trying.
The first and previous time I visited one was Escape Theme Park @ Pasir Ris, when I was 12.
Unfortunately it closed down/on renovation, maybe because everything was too kiddy compared to USS)

Say hello you guys!
My excitement was more of looking at the buildings, decorations, mascots instead of the rides.
Entrance was from Hollywood, so here it goes:

Halloween Horrors, which we did not participate. Dislike horror very much.

HAD to snap a picture with the displays along the street, but there was soooo many people crowding around all the time. Mad hateful and got quite pissed off because I couldn't take a proper one with tons of them hanging around although B wanted to help.
Resorted to this in the end.. self-take.

And of course, me being me, I snapped tons of pictures along the way while I was walking.
There was alot to see but there was mobs around who wanted to take photos with the structures too ): hence each time I could only take a quick snap before moving on.

Our first performance was "Lights, Camera, Action!® Hosted by Steven Spielberg".
The wait time is 15 mins (as the show lasted) and it was slightly warm in there although there were adequate fans, probably due to weather.
Loved how the wait area had several classic films posters.
The performance was a first-hand interesting experience with great combination of water/sound/sight effects. An all-rounded experience about the world of movie-making! It seemed like living in the movie scenario. How cool is that!

Walked out and managed to take a picture with the celebrity mascot!! YAY my first.

Then we proceded to out right and passed New York street! It is my dream to visit New York, everything is so fast-paced/vibrant/colorful there. The business (marketing/retail) is amazing.
The structures are so real/emotional sight that could happen to the world anytime.
p.s: don't take life for granted.

This mimic of the Subway is so alive, except that we couldn't go down to the basement. Hahaha.

Moved along to Sci-Fi City! Here comes Transformers and Battlestar Galactica

Hi there Bumble Bee, lookin' as stylish as can be!

Did not take the Acceleration. The wait time was really quick, maybe the ride wasn't as good.
Missed out on the some of the kids ride too.

Sat on Human (red) & Cylon (blue) respectively, if I remember correctly.
It was horrible when I was being swung around but the aftereffects were still alright.
Going up was fun but going down/around was insane, was so worried the whole time and had my eyes closed most of the time because it felt like I was going to fly out (since I'm quite petite and the belt feels so insecure).
It was fun nevertheless, for the experience/sake of trying I said.
Personally, I felt that the red track is more overwhelming then the blue, or maybe my expectation of the ride was high already.

Gotta continue the rest of my trip in the next post. Wait up!
Thanks for reading!
