Day 6 - Shanghai and back to Singapore
The last event on our itinerary was Shanghai Museum.
Always loved museum ever since visiting the Singapore Art Museum in Sec 3!
Y'see most history students would definitely love such places (:
Unfortunately, we didn't have sufficient time to browse every section.
But at least I did see some!!
The museum was divided into 4 levels.
71 - Ancient Chinese Bronze Gallery, Ancient Chinese Sculpture Gallery & No. 1 Exhibition Hall
72 - Ancient Chinese Ceramics Gallery, Zande Lou Ceramics Gallery & No. 2 Exhibition Hall
73 - Chinese Painting Gallery, Liangtuxuan, Chinese Seal Gallery*, Chinese Calligraphy Gallery*
74* - Chinese Minority Nationalities' Art Gallery, Ancient Chinese Jade Gallery, Chinese Ming & Qing Furniture Gallery, Chinese Currency Gallery, Display of Ancient Silk Road Coins & No. 3 Exhibition Hall
* Only places visited.
I've so much photos so I did a video again so I can showcase the display!
Isn't this lovely?
After lunch, we had the fastest train ride on Shanghai Transrapid!
It was 2 mins plus (i think) coz it was travelling at...
300km/h!! It was accelerating slowly and finally...
WOW too amazing and cool.
constant speed at 301km/h! hahaha.
Usual route would take an hour at least by bus.
There we go.. it is linked to the airport.
Suppose like how Changi Airport (mrt) is linked to the airport.
It was home sweet home after a long 6D5N of fun!
Missed the fun, relaxation and weather!!
read my 6D5N Shanghai/Hangzhou post in just one click! (above)
hope it was a fairly fine travel post coz it was a study trip + tour (lots of sightseeing but no food galore)
cheers.
